Airkiss

This piece was inspired by previous painting 'Airflow', and features the same model. Here, her face is tilted into the imagined breeze rather than away from it, a reversal which evokes an entirely different set of emotions. 

I poured my focus into her expression. I want each viewer to be arrested by the desire to breathe in, to breathe deep, to feel the air kiss their face.
